This hose comes with the pig tailed end that requires a power outlet near the vac inlet so that you can use an electric power head. Will this work with electrolux central vac? Do make replacement part for plastic handle so a complete new hose is not necessary?

This is a complete hose assembly with pigtail connection. Please verify if you need the one with the pigtail or direct connect before ordering.

Is the hose and gas pump handle compatible with a Beam Butler Model BM1197B central vacuum unit.

Yes. It works for BM1197 Type B. Please note that this is the one with pigtail cord.
