Review by AndrewPrice Value Quality I ordered this item because I wanted the one that was pictured. They sent me a completely different one (that was quite ugly). When I asked for a return or replacement, EZVaccuum offered a replacement (and they paid for return shipping). Apparently they don' t actually have this one in stock.
