The filter that was in it was the original one that came with it when it was purchased in 2005. As you can imagine, it was quite full. I replaced it with one of the brand new filters from EZ Vacuum, and with the suction pressure, it sounded like it was going to almost pull the color out of the carpet! It definitely made the vacuum cleaner work better, and I am in much appreciation (so is my house!). Thanks again and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

Review by guestPrice Value Quality A bit difficult to attach the filter because of the tight fit. I realize that a tight fit is probably best for the effectiveness of the filter, but my 92 year-old mother cannot put the filter on by herself since she does not have the strength to do it. Other than that, we like the product.
