My UH71230 BASE THAT'S CLEAR PLASTIC HOLDS THE REAR WHEELS, AND THE HOLES WHEELS GO IN BROKE AND THE WHEELS WIGGLE AND DON'T ROLL CAUSE RUBBING BASE?

If it's the same as mine uh71230, this also happened to mine , I fixed it by filling the void on inside of plastic housing where the wheel axles are with 5 min epoxy harbor freight sells it very cheep in 2 large bottles mix up a half cup or more and pour it into the void that holds the axles straight. Let it harden and now wheels will stay straight
