Bought this to replace the part that I broke by accident. I was a little skeptical, especially given the price, but to my delight, the part is perfect, works as new, and saved me a huge hunk o' dough since I replaced the part myself instead of dropping it off at the local vacuum repair shop. All in all, 5 stars all around!!!

I get irritated at how products are built to be replaced as opposed to repaired. OEM part from manufacture more than twice as much as this one. I really like my vacuum, thank you for helping me fix it.

It took a few minutes to disassemble the vacuum and reassemble it, but everything worked perfectly afterwards. It is definitely worth the purchase.

The elbow that attaches the powerhead to the wand of my Kenmore Progressive cannister vacuum had broken. I ordered this replacement part for less than half the cost that Sears would have charged and received it very quickly, without shipping charges. Great deal!

Thank you. quick delivery, nice referral to newer and better parts. Took an hour to affect the repairs. Still personally hate the vacuum I repaired, but wifey is happy and it does work. Which is better than NOT.

We were going to throw the Kenmore Vac out. Went to Sears and the price was more than twice what I paid. I did a search on the net and came up with several choices, you guys being the quickest and most economical. It was a snap to install the part and it's good for another life time. Thanks EZvac!!!!

I used this on a Kenmore 116.238123000. When the part arrived, one of the plastic tabs was broken. The tab was just a wire routing tab, so I used the part anyway. It worked fine.

I tried to call to make sure it fit my model number and could never get an answer.. Tried several times. But, I went ahead and ordered anyway because I was desperate..
I was lucky and the part was for my unit and it worked perfectly. So far so good..

I needed this product to replace mine that had cracked. I am not experienced in working or vacuums but I was able to replaced it myself with some difficulty. I took it apart systematically until the old piece was free then put the new one in. You also have to move the electronics from the old part to the new part. I recommend taking picture as you go along so you remember how it goes back together.

Item construction looked iffy (mostly because of irregular mold parting lines)BUT, when I took apart the vacuum, the mold lines, date stamp location, etc. on the old part were the same as those on the new part. So it fit fine and unfortunately may break in the same place as the old one did. I do not know if Sears has upgraded the part if I had instead purchased through them (twice the price plus shipping fee.
