Smooth belt. Measures 2 1/8" diameter. 3 1/4" flattened. Replaces Kenmore part 20-5271, 4368510, AC28SYWZ0U. The belt fits Kenmore Sears Powermate jr, the hand held turbo power brush tool. The belt is made by Panasonic which makes many other Kenmore Sears parts. Also fits Panasonic models
