The arrangement of the brushes may actually allow the dirt to get to the suction better than the Miele. Only difference is that this tool is a lot noisier than the Miele -- but at a fraction of the price, I can live with that

great find for Miele Olympus canister...
Review by MarisPrice Value Quality Looked all over online for a hardwood floor attachment to fit my Miele Olympus that didn't cost mega bucks. If you own a Miele and have shopped for attachments, you know what I'm talking about . Also, It's hard to find vacuum attachments that fit a 1-3/8 inch diameter hose end. This item is a great price and seems to be good quality.
