How do you clean these filters?

Washing is not recomended as it may damage the filter media. You should first try to vacuum the dust and debri on a very low setting using. This should clean the filter to some extent.

Have you received an answer to you question? I'm going to rinse mine in water and use a soft brush.
Don't know if that's the solution but I guess i"ll see what happens.........
