EZ Vacuum offer USPS and UPS Shipping rates. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order. All orders are charged at the item of ordering. If for some reasons, the item is not in stock or on backorder, we will contact you to confirm if you want to wait or cancel the order. UPS charges are based on the actual charges made by UPS and we provide you the shipping calculation based on your zip code at the time of order in the checkout page. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Please choose USPS for APO/FPO/AE/PO orders. For some destinations, we may use FEDEX even if you choose UPS.


How to change the shipping method after your order?
In case you want to change the shipping method, please call us within an hour of placing the order. If your order is still in the warehouse waiting to be picked up, we will gladly change the shipping method and inform you of any additional charges. If there are any additional charges, you will be asked to pay for it.


USA Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and Handling charges are for non-contiguous U.S. states delivery only. Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and FPO, APO addresses will have additional shipping. All orders needing shipping outside the contiguous USA WILL BE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING COST PLUS 7% HANDLING FEE. This charge will be conveyed to you before we process the order.

US GROUND FREE SHIPPING is available to contiguous U.S. customers only on orders over $14.99. Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and FPO, APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED.

US ORDERS:
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of all orders. All orders submitted are considered as processed and are valid orders. Canceling the order after it has been placed will be considered as a return and will be processed as a return.


CANADA/EUROPE SHIPPING:
We do ship to Canada. If your order needs additional shipping fee than what you paid online, your actual shipping charges will be conveyed to you once we see your order details. We do not ship heavy items like vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, liquid bottles, chemical & solutions and anything heavier than 5lbs or 2.26kg.

Some examples of Bags weight:
3 bags: 4oz to 10oz
9 bags: 10-1.2lbs
36 bags: 3lbs

Filters range from 5oz to 1lbs
Belts are usually 2oz-3oz

Please take your self calculation in ordering from our website when it comes to weight of the items. You may contact us before placing your order to get the shipping estimate.
In some cases, we may contact you for additional shipping fee if applicable to your order. Additional Shipping can be paid via credit card, paypal or google checkout. Please note that any customs fee, brokerage fee or border surcharge has to be borne by customer and we should not be held responsible for it. Please note that International Shipments take anywhere from 5 days to 30 days to be delivered to the addresses. Please contact us if you do not receive the order in said time.

Important: Please double check on the shipping address while putting in the order. Call us immediately if you see some error. Once your order is processed and on shipping queue, we can do little to change the address and get it redirected.

Please be sure you provide the latest most accurate address available. EZ Vacuum, you and shipping carrier, all of us suffer due to bad addresses

Undeliverable Address:
If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address. We will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges you were charged or $8.95 if you received free shipping. If the package is returned by the USPS with postage due this cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Shipments:
All refused shipments will be credited back less the shipping to the customer and a refusal fee of $6.95 per box

Cancellations:
All orders placed online via our site are considered as processed. Credit card payment reversals (charge Backs) found to be fraudulent will be charged an additional $45.00 reversal fee. This fee and any legal fees will be charged to the customer and payment will be expected within 7 business days. All none paid accounts will be sent to a collections agency for further processing.

 

365 Day Returns on Vacuum Bags, Belts, Filters and most Parts:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund.
NO RESTOCKING FEE is ever charged by EZ Vacuum on vacuum cleaner bags, belts, filters and parts.

However, Our most gracious and very popular 365 Day return policy does not apply on equipment like Vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, some special order like motors. All equipment like vacuum cleaners, air purifier, motors must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
A restocking fee on the equipment like Vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, motors will apply and will be charged on item to item basis.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just send the item back to us on the address below and we will process a refund.

If you have returned merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your credit. Shipping, processing, and insurance charges are not refundable. Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense. All returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery. If you have returned merchandise that has been deemed as non-refundable you may request to have that merchandise returned to you providing you pay return shipping charges.

Full Refund

Following orders qualify for full refund

  • We shipped you the Wrong Item OR It was damaged in Transit OR it has Manufacturing Defect
  • AND Unused, Unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery. Unopened, Unused items returned after 30 days but before 365 days of delivery will be provided a store credit. You can claim the credit anytime quoting your original order number

Partial Refund or a Store Credit

Following orders qualify for partial refund

  • Unused, Opened Package of Vacuum Cleaner Bags, Belts, Filter & Parts
  • Any equipment llke vacuum cleaner, air purifier or a machine that has obvious signs of use but returned within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee on vacuum machines will apply
  • Any opened vacuum cleaner or Air purifier. 

WRONG FIT / NO LONGER NEEDED PARTS
If you ordered some part and the part does not fit, you can only return it if the item:

  • is in Unused, Original, Sellable Condition
  • has not been put in, screwed or tried in the machine.

You can still return it but we will deduct the shipping cost we incurred to send it to you. Since the item sent was as per the order, it is your responsibility to send it back to us. You can use any trackable service as convenient to you.
If you are not sure about the part you need, since many parts look the same but fit differently, you are welcome to ask us before you order. We are happy to help. Confirming before ordering if not sure always saves both you an us from the hassle of returns.

 

 

Why Restocking Fees are Necessary?

 

 

We do not charge restocking fee when you return vacuum bags, belts, filters & parts. BUT we do charge upto 25% restocking fee on vacuum cleaner machines, air purifiers and other equipment. You still need to return the machine within 14 days of order.
We charge restocking on such items because:

  • -The machine has to be inspected
  • -reserviced (if used)
  • -repacked
  • -discarded if damaged or due to health issues
  • -resold as refurbished or used machine at a lower price than the new items

Note: All machines should be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging, manuals, attachments, accessories and in the original box.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

If you have ordered a wrong item and want to return, please email "support {at} ezvacuum {dot} com" with the order details and what you actually need. A model number of the machine or the original part number or the part picture may be sent for quick response. We will get back to you with correct recommendation. You will still need to return it back to us before we send a replacement. Please note that we do not accept returns for used filters, brushrolls or bags due to hygiene issues.

 

 

How to Return

 

 

No RMA number is required. Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.

  1. Send the item in its original packaging.
  2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip. If you have lost a packing slip, just include a hand note stating your full name, order number, item being returned and reason of return.
  4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Exchanges may take 3-8 days after the receipt of return package. You can expect a store credit/refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Qualifying Store Credits or Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

EZVACUUM MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. THE GOODS WE SELL ARE PRODUCED BY OTHER MANUFACTURERS AND MAY BE WARRANTED BY THOSE MANUFACTURERS AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.
