Description please! What does "turbo" mean? How wide is this attachment?

It is 8" wide. It is air driven. Means that there is no belt or motor inside the attachment. It is non electric and vacuum suction creates a turbine effect and causes the small brushroll inside the attachment to rotate and pick up hair, debris and dust.
