The product is as advertised. Customer service is another thing. I never received email confirmation that the order was received and yes I could log on to the website to see that the status was "Processing" but it was like that for several days. I tried to follow up by calling but no one answered so, I sent three messages via the website and no response, I started thinking I was scammed and actually contacted my bank. After a few days the status changed to "Complete" and then a few days after that the product arrived. You need to give your customers some reassurance about the validity and status of their order, also answer the phone or at a minimum reply to message inquiries. I probably would order again now knowing what to expect from the customer service end but I'm a bit concerned that there is no way to contact anyone if something goes wrong.
