I have the ELITE Model UA 557-910 and the belt number is 38528-027 but I can't get that belt because it's been changed to 38528-040. That belt is too

All new belts need to be stretched over the roller. The old belts stretch out due to heat and friction. The tighter the belt, the better the suction is. Just stretch the belts over the roller and it will work for sure.
