Our machines brush hadn't every been replaced but the first ones sent to us were the wrong part and didn't fit. However, after contacting EZVacuum the correct part was sent to us very quickly with a postage paid return label for us to send back the first part sent to us. It had been some time since we purchased the parts and that didn't matter. Thank you

Got this quickly and was much less expensive than any other place I looked. It makes me angry that companies expect a person to buy brand new as soon as one part wears out. They come out with new models and refuse to make universal parts. I was relieved to be able to get the brushes and filters as I can't afford to buy new all the time.

I love my Floormate, and I haven't changed the rotating brushes in years because I couldn't find them locally. I'm happy I found them on this site for a reasonable price and a lower price than I've seen anywhere else. It's almost like my machine is new again. I didn't realize all the little spots I was missing with the worn down brush because after I used this, spots that I hadn't been able to get up before (even with a regular mop) came up.
