The Hoover Platinum Collection Professional-Strength Carpet-and-Upholstery Detergent is great. Their service at EZ is also top notch. The shampoo arrived with the instructions unreadable because the product leaked and they reshipped new product immediately. That's the way to keep a persons business forever!Price Value Quality -

Poor shipping preparation

Product was excellent. Only trouble was leakage in shipping container. Box was completely soaked and seal was not intact. I estimate about 1/4 of the cleanser had leaked out.Quality Price Value
Bottle was wrapped in plastic but untaped. Taping probably would have prevented the leakage.
Box smelled quite good. Carpets smell wonderful and look brand new again. -
