Exact replacement for my Spot Bot. Was packed very well and shipped fast.

Product is as advertised and the price is consistent with other retailers. However, their delivery is exceptionally slow as they choose the slowest and cheapest routes to get the product to you. My order traveled through nearly half dozen cities via UPS and then was transferred to USPS. I contacted the merchant to complain but all they cared was that I don’t rate them poorly because of their delivery. The apology (which is all I received) seemed insincere. I probably won’t do business with them again.
