Hoover Power Cord Assembly 20' #440003866 for Power Scrub Washers FH50130, FH50140, FH50150, FH50151, FH50152, and FH50153

Although the product was just as I asked for changing the cord was not as easy as I thought it may be, and would like to return the product

I am SO happy I found this website. I have had a Hoover spinscrub for at least six years now but my chinchilla chewed through the cord. I didn't think I would be able to replace this myself but I did! All on my own! I thought I would have to spend $200+ on a new one until I found the cord on here. I am so happy!

I could not find a single video or tutorial on how to access the cord though from the inside of the vacuum, so for anyone who may be reading this also struggling, here is what I did.. You have to take the entire top off obviously (remove all screws from bottom and there are a few also on top) and then you will have to remove the gray plastic mechanism with the spring. Under that there are a couple more pieces you will have to remove to access the compartment (in addition to the round black and white mechanism sitting in front of the motor with the plastic piping) where the wiring to the motor lives. Hopefully after that you will figure out the wiring.

I am so thankful I found this replacement and I was almost in tears when I turned it on and the vacuum started after three years of it being in storage! Thank you so much ezvacuum! You saved me so much money.

It matched our hoover power scrub spin scrub 50. Our new puppy chewed the cord and we were able to replace it ourselves
