How do you clean/take these apart? Mine isn't spinning. We've cleaned everything we can see and can't find a solution on the internet.

It's sealed. You can not take the brush out. Just remove the hair or threads on it using a sewing seam cutter if you have. Vacuum that using a wand or hose on it directly. I hope the bearings are not gone bad. If it still does not work, time to buy a new one.
