The belts came faster than I was told!! They weren't the right size and customer service was VERY helpful and return was handled fast efficient and friendly!!! Would definitely recommend !!!

Delivery was quick and the item appeared to be of great quality, however I gave it only star on value because it was not the correct item so I was unable to use it. I hate returns; running to the post office, paying shipping w/insurance, etc. so I just took the lost. My Rainbow is a model # R1650
