How do you open the Singer 3-in-one handheld vaccum/dustbuster?
A:
There is latch on the front of the vacuum. When you press that, it will remove the hand vacuum portion and then you replace the filters.

I have an older singer 3 in 1 stick vacuum. The flap that is in the canister needs to be replaced. Are they available?

Funny you should ask this question--that's why I'm writing. I made a flap from thin plastic and it lasted for awhile. Now it's gone and I guess I'll have to do it again.
