What are the dimensions of the bag?

Does the Titan T9000 need to have a filter changed as well as the bag? Thank you.
A:
Yes. Any filter needs to be changed every 4-5 months but really depends on how much you vacuum. If you see dirt settled on the filter which can not be shaken off and the color of filter changed from white(in most cases) to something darker, then it is time to change.
