Knock-offs sold as original brand and part #

I ordered this brush roll along with two belts specifically because they were listed as Eureka brand and the original part number. What I received was a brush roll made of wood, and two belts that were not in the packaging pictured on the listing.Price Value Quality
Customer support admitted that the brush roll was not original, and refused to comment on the belts.
I will not be ordering from this site again. -

The beater brush (roller) in my vac broke. Local repair place said it would cost over $30.00 to order a new one, but I better off buying a new vac. He said mine was disposable! Does someone actually check to see if the parts fit before saying that it will? I have a Eureka 3041 BZ. It says that it'll fit my model. However, it doesn't. It'll fit inside but I can't screw the cover back on because the left side of the roller is too big. The pricing is great. However, I now have to deal with returning this part and trying to find it on another website. :-(Quality Price Value -
