Here's how it works
Step 1:
Complete a purchase
Get started by buying a new vacuum cleaner from EZvacuum.com website. Then save your order details from your account. You'll need the order number later to complete your trade-in transaction.

Step 2:
Get a trade-in value
Contact us and provide the information regarding your vacuum cleaner which you need to trade in. Do not forget to put in your order number in the message area or in the Order # field. We would need the following information to give you the best price possible for this trade in.

- Vacuum Model #
- Tentative Year of Purchase
Step 3:
Get the instant refund
Once we receive your order and trade-in information, we will access the maximum amount which can be given back. We will also issue a credit back to the mode of payment used to place the order for the new vacuum cleaner.
Step 4:
Send the vacuum to us
Once the exchange price has been accessed and refund issued, we will send you a UPS or Fedex return label so that you can send the vacuum back to us. The label will have detailed instructions to pack the item and schedule a pickup by the carrier^.
If you have a preference of a carrier like UPS or Fedex, just let us know and we will send the return label accordingly.

^Any vacuum cleaner being sent for a trade-in should be cleaned up. Please remove the vacuum bag / filter(s) from it before sending it to us. Please try to remove any debris from the floor nozzle, if possible, for the safety of our return product inspection team. Please include the accessories, if any, with the vacuum being returned.
