I installed the 38528035 belt and started the vaccum. It smelled bad and the belt was burned. It does not look like Hoover quality.

I ordered two belts for my 1998 WindTunnel Hoover vacuum. They arrived unexpectedly and very quickly. It took me awhile to get the wider belt on, but that's okay because it is sturdy and I'm sure it will last a long time. The prices here are very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise, too.
Since my machine is "elderly", it gives me peace of mind to know that there IS a place to get parts when they wear out or are lost for whatever reason. I will definitely shop at EZVacuum again and again. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

I would have given higher marks on my review, but .... my vacuum requires 2 belts and one of the belts was clearly not the correct one. What saved me from giving this company a complete bomb on the stars was that their customer service is great ... as long as you email them. I tried for 3 days to call them and nobody answered the phone, but they did, no questions asked deliver the correct belt once I contacted them via email.

I was unable to find both belts in my local area. I searched online and EZ Vacuum had what I needed with no doubt that these were the exact belts I needed. The price of the belts were listed a little higher than the local stores (who didn't have them anyway!) but there was no charge for shipping, so they were very reasonable. You know the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true?". Well in this case it was true! Exact belts needed, good price and quick delivery!

Vac cleaner was used for many years to clean up after two long haired dogs. One of the bearings in the carpet beater got packed with their hair and the strain caused the belt to break. After cleaning out an unbelievable amount of hair and replacing the belt the unit works great again.

I could not fin the belts to fit my Hoover Windtunnel vacuum cleaner locally. My order came came quickly and the belts were the exact replacement. It is good to know a reasonably priced, reliable source of much need products.

These belts were loose in the order and when I cut the package open, one of the belts was at the edge and was cut. EZ Vacuum should have had them packaged together instead of loose for protection. Did not call them and was disappointed . Everything else in order was protected in its own package.

My Hoover Windtunnel model U6433-900 burned out the wide drive belt after many years, and I thought it wise to also replace the narrow V belt at the same time. I ordered this pair of belts and received within a few days. Price was very good and they appear to be exactly like the original parts. Have Hoover part numbers on the belts. Easy to install and they work just fine. Very satisfied.

You all have a wonderful selection with great prices. The delivery was super fast. It only took 4 days (3 if you count one was a Sunday) in order to get the item. Belts on this Hoover Wind Tunnel model U6485-900 vacuum must wear out more frequently than I've experienced with other, frankly, older vacuums. But the fact that you sell this product in a two belt set makes it very easy to keep this vacuum running well. Did the trick. Just like changing all tires on your car, it is likely important to change both belts on the vacuum unit.
