Is your central vacuum too noisy? This is no longer round cylindrical but comes in a rectangular shape now. Refer to 2nd picture. Exhaust muffler which suppresses the noice. It is 12" with 2 inch opening. If you want to install it vertically, you can also use a 90 degrees Spigot Sweep L Central Vacuum Fitting to install it vertically if desired.
