Electrolux Ultimate500 Pet EHVS55P5AD Bagless Upright Vacuum with HEPA Filter, Denim Blue

The Electrolux Ultimate500 Pet (model EHVS55P5AD) is a lightweight, corded bagless upright vacuum for whole-home cleaning. It weighs 14.3 lb, so carrying it upstairs is easy, and the 29.5-foot cord lets you clean several rooms before you need to find another outlet.

The floor head is a multi-surface bristle nozzle with five height settings on a dial, which lets you go from hardwood to carpet to high-pile rugs without swapping heads. The nozzle steers around furniture legs and cords, and LED lights on the front show what's under the couch. Behind it is a brushless motor and a 1.9-liter bagless dust bin, so you empty it less often.

For pets, the included Turbo Pet Nozzle goes on the hose and works on furniture, bedding and car interiors. Electrolux says it clears stubborn pet hair in 20 seconds (tested to IEC 62885-2: 5.8.4). A crevice tool and dusting brush also ride onboard and reach up to about 5 feet for shelves and ceiling fans.

Filtration is a 5-step cyclonic system with a 2-layer foam filter and a HEPA filter. Electrolux rates it to capture up to 98.8% of dirt and dust as small as 0.5 microns (tested to ASTM F1977), so less fine dust blows back into the room while you clean.
