Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner Hose Assembly KC94PDWMZV06 - 3 Wire Prongs - 7 Ft for 29319

I hate to say it, but the item does not work. I am left with the same issue I had with the old hose unit in that it only works on the rug setting. It does not work on the floor or more importantly the accessory setting. I contacted someone via the internet and they said someone would email me. This is what I received. I know you will make this right.

The on/off switch on the hose stopped turning off the vacuum. What is your return policy

The hose is fine but the power switch does not always work.

The connection to the vacuum does not stay on and the vacuum shuts off connection not good ..Very disappointed..Tried to turn connection but didn't work if you hold it in will work as soon as you let go turns off..
