Do not buy from this company!!! They bait and switch and there is no way to cancel orders. Just check their email for customer support. It will come back as undeliverable. Or try calling their number, there will be no answer. Terrible experience all around.

Having trouble keeping the extension from slipping out after pushing it into the vacuum hose area-seems like it does not fit tight enough to seal and when vacuuming a rug or floor it works it’s way out and drops to the floor-in order to vacuum using the floor accessory you have to hold it at the joint to keep it from slipping out-can you give me some idea how to fix this problem without exerting too much pressure and cracking the plastic joint area
