I was very pleased with the new vacuum cleaner bags. My Oreck vacuum is quite old and I was afraid I wouldn't find any replacement bags. These fit perfectly!

When placing the order a pop up note said there would be a 2-3 day delay in shipping due to high order volume. No problem. Email was to be sent when item shipped. 2 weeks later no product. Emailed seller and within less than 24 hours I received a replay telling it had been delivered - which it had, 20 minutes earlier. No email telling me it had shipped or a tracking number. Received what I had ordered and appreciated the quick reply to my query but slow service and no follow through as to when item shipped and a tracking number made me give 4 stars instead of 5. Kudos for the fast reply though!
