Samsung VM-90 Micron Exhaust Filter for 9000 series, Please Read Description

The original part is a thick mat of fibers cut into a very specific complex shape to fit and stay in place. I was sent an almost paper-thin filter that had to be cut to shape and had little chance of staying in place on its own.

They sent some kind of filter material and scrawled a handwritten note on the invoice to cut it to size. I cut it, but the material was not the same as what the vacuum required- it was denser. It inhibited airflow of the vacuum, so it wouldn't work properly. I ended up having to throw the vacuum out.

I received a square w a note written on the invoice to "cut to fit", no other instructions. Not the same material as the one I need to replace. Your site doesn't say you don't carry the filter or that it is out of stock. How do I know this will work w my vacuum and not cause damage? I also ordered two DJ63-00010A Secondary Vacuum Filters. I received two of the same square filters as for the VM-90. The filters I am replacing are each made of different materials. How can I be sure there is enough airflow for my vacuum? You should have provided more info and installation instructions, as the filters you sent aren't the same on both sides. Disappointed!
