You can return this vacuum within 14 days of delivery. Vacuum cleaners fall under the equipment terms of our Refund Policy, so the longer return window for bags, belts and filters doesn't apply to it.

• Send it back within 14 days of delivery to EZVacuum.com Returns, 8645 Phoenix Dr, Manassas, VA 20110.
• Pack it securely in the original box with everything that came in it, paperwork included.
• Put a copy of your packing slip, or a note with your name and order number, inside the box.
• Ship it with tracking, then email the tracking number to support@ezvacuum.com.
• Return shipping is your responsibility. A restocking fee applies to vacuum returns, and shipping charges may be deducted, as set out in our Refund Policy.
