Order processing went very well. However, received wrong part and returned same. A credit was issued. Requested the correct part but never heard from EZvacuum; this was after going back and forth via emails and a personal request to the CEO when I returned the wrong part. Never heard from him!

They sent me what we thought was the right belts but it was not. We tried to find the correct one but could not do it with pictures so they said to send the belts back and they would credit my account. Well I did not know how much the postal service was affected across states. I thought I would never see the credit even though I sent the belts back. It was not the company's fault at all!!they were very honest and credited my account!! So I would like to say they tried but I was not able to get the right belts. But I will say they are a honest company.
