Order Packer / Shipping & Receiving Assistant


We are looking for a shipping assistant in our warehouse for a very easy job of sorting, putting label/stickers on light weight items. You are required to process orders using our shipping software and then pick the required products, verifying items using pick/packing slips. 

Duties: 
- Receiving of incoming goods and shipping of outbound 
- Picking parts to fulfill customer orders 
- Printing labels 
- Assisting to load and unload various carrier trucks 
- Updating Order Management System and data entry 
- Take customer orders over phone 
- Answer phone calls from customers 
- Organize materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized and efficient work area 
- Identify and assist in process improvement measures 
- Performing other duties and tasks not listed and as requested by the shipping supervisor 

You must 
- speak, read and write English 
- have good general motor skills 
- must follow instructions 
- be detail oriented and focused 
- be not distracted and get bored with a mundane job of packing items 
- have basic computer skills although we do not need that to begin with
- be able to take ownership of tasks and complete them with urgency 
- be able to bend/stand/walk throughout the shift 

Minimum Requirements: 
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. 
- Fresher can also be considered. 
- 1-6 months experience is a plus. 
- Valid VA Driver's License. 
- Bilingual is a plus: English/Hindi/Punjabi/Nepalese. 

Compensation starts from $13-$15 per hour with room to grow in responsibility and pay. This is a 4-5 day job - Monday thru Saturday starting at 9am.

Remote Customer Service Email & Phone Support

We are looking for Remote Part Time Customer Service Representive who can respond to customer emails regarding products and orders on our online store ; EZvacuum.com

Timings are Flexible.

 

As our Client Services Representative, you will:

  • Check and Respond to Customer Emails
  • Own customer issues, from start to finish, serving as the customer’s primary point of contact.
  • Proactively determine customer needs and provide support to them at every stage of the purchase process.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers, resolving or re-directing issues as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with EZvacuum teammates

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Efficient and effective follow-up skills via phone and email
  • Superior organizational skills, work ethic, and time management
  • Passion for problem-solving and ability to think on your feet
  • Excellence in teamwork and a service mindset
  • Composure under pressure within an energetic, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus
  • Outbound cold calling experience or other examples of extensive phone work is a plus
  • Familiarity with vacuum cleaners and general cleaning products is a plus
