This is only to reduce the existing Miele attachments to be used on NON Miele Vacuum hoses.
If you are looking for the adapter which will enable the regular 1 1/4" attachments with miele wands, then look at this one instead: https://www.ezvacuum.com/fit-all-vacuum-cleaner-attachment-adpater-1-1-4-to-35mm.html
