Thank you. I see the product is described on your web site as washable. I have a doubt regarding this product. Please correct the error otherwise you face complain from customer, unnecessary noise.

This is not a washable filter. There is no washable version of this filter at all. It is not recommend to wash a HEPA filter since it damages the micro filtration media.
