shipping mistake quickly corrected

The cord ordered was not the one that was shipped. I informed EZVacuum of the mistake via their support email address. Within a couple of hours, they had responded, apologizing for the issue and promising a quick resolution. They did exactly that, shipping the correct cord the next day. Errors are always possible but what is really important to me is how the vendor responds to an issue. In this instance, I give them an A+ for their efforts to correct the mistake. I would feel comfortable buying from them again.Value Quality Price -
