We used the Red Star vacuum with this part taped together for almost a year, we were delighted to find the part without having to buy the hose on EZVacuum. We thought the price was fair and the service was excellent. The part was delivered quickly after we ordered it and my husband had no difficulty installing the part. Now the suction is so much better.

My machine is the RedStar.
I'm so glad EZVacuum sells this part, so I didn't have to buy an entire hose. But Miele needs to make this part more durable in the first place. It should not break under normal use. Make it out of aluminum or steel, not plastic!

I have an old red star. My husband is handy and your pictures were excellent, so we easily recognized the part needed, and ordered it, expecting it would take a week to get here, but NO it came in two days!!!! Great service, unfortunately I was hoping to take a week off from house cleaning and couldn't!!! Just kidding, Thanks.

I purchased the hose end for my Miehle S324i vacuum. This is the only place I found on the internet that carries this part. Delivery was swift, and when I had a problem fitting the part the service line was very helpful.

I hope you can find the part you need too. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my Miele Red Star vacuum. It was the only part that broke, and I didn't want to purchase an entire hose unit...so I just bought this part, hoping it would fit. It fit perfectly! It took a little bit of elbow grease and patience to get the old, broken part out of my vacuum, but once that was done, the installation was quite easy. My vacuum now works!

After a couple of years with a taped-together, broken hose end, I finally found this part and my vacuum is just like new again. EZvacuum is the only company I found offering this part. Great.

You're not supposed to pull your canister vacuum around by the wand hose...but it's the easiest way to do it! That's where this little gem comes into play. When you pull your canister vacuum around by the hose, it will break eventually. This is the OEM hose end to replace the part you break when you pull it around by the hose. Works like a charm and is quite easy to install. EZvacuum will get it right out to you and you're back in business pulling your canister vacuum around by the hose...like your not supposed to, but it's easier. Excellent product, excellent company to do business with.
