How do you open the Singer 3-in-one handheld vaccum/dustbuster?

I ordered Singer Brand Hand Vac 3-n-1 model 3HV100 Vacuum cleaner filters. I received a package that was labeled as such on the outside of the package. When I opened the package inside were 2 replacement filters for a BISSEL Brand "featherweight" Upright vacuum. I hoped this was a comparative product, so I took the filter out of the package to see if it would fit. Of course it did NOT. I want my money back. I hope this is a mistake and not a blatant rip-off. Do you have the filters I ordered? Was this a mistake in packaging? Please let me know before I take this to the Better Business Bureau and report this business to my credit card company. There is latch on the front of the vacuum. When you press that, it will remove the hand vacuum portion and then you replace the filters.

WOW, thank you so much! That was fast! I just ordered two filters - when I opened the front of my vac, there was no filter inside - perhaps the prior owner never replaced a dirty one? But is it self-evident how to insert the filters? Thank you again for your help.
